{"id":1765,"date":"2021-03-16T06:03:24","date_gmt":"2021-03-16T06:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/conferences.uet.edu.pk\/icewe\/2021\/?page_id=1765"},"modified":"2021-03-17T05:03:11","modified_gmt":"2021-03-17T05:03:11","slug":"record-your-presentations","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/conferences.uet.edu.pk\/icewe\/2021\/record-your-presentations\/","title":{"rendered":"SUBMIT YOUR RECORDED PRESENTATIONS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"modal-ready\"><p><strong>Instructions to record presentation on Zoom<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the zoom and click the \u201c<strong>New Meetings\u201d<\/strong> in the Home Tab<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Video Icon and select <strong>\u201cChoose Virtual Background\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>In Virtual Background, click on the <strong>(+) sign<\/strong> and add image of the ICEWE-2021 from your computer<\/li>\n<li>Close the virtual background screen and share your screen by clicking on the \u201c<strong>Share Screen\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the presentation and start recording the video by clicking on the \u201c<strong>Record<\/strong>\u201d button either in the bottom tab or in the top menu option<\/li>\n<li>Go into the \u201c<strong>Slide Show\u201d<\/strong> mode of your presentation<\/li>\n<li>Once the slides are in full screen, \u201c<strong>Start your presentation<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Once you finished, <strong>Stop<\/strong> the recording, and <strong>End<\/strong> the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>The video will be saved in the My Documents in the Zoom Folder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For Video Tutorial, Please <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Ag-tJGx0q9Y\">Click Here<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions to record presentation on PowerPoint<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Open<\/strong> the PowerPoint Presentation that you want to present in ICEWE-21<\/li>\n<li>Once the presentation open, click on the <strong>Slide Show<\/strong> in the top menu tab<\/li>\n<li>After clicking the Slide Show, different options will appear. But you need to click on the <strong>Record Slide Show <\/strong>button<\/li>\n<li>Once you click the Record Slide Show, a new pop-up window will show up<\/li>\n<li>Next, click on the <strong>Record<\/strong> button at the top left corner<\/li>\n<li>After three seconds, the presentation will start recording. Make sure to make your <strong>Video<\/strong> on by clicking the video icon button at the bottom right corner of the presentation window<\/li>\n<li>Once you finished your presentation, <strong>Stop<\/strong> the recording, and <strong>Close<\/strong> the window<\/li>\n<li>Afterwards, you have to save your file. Just go to the <strong>File <\/strong>option on the extreme left side<\/li>\n<li>When you click the File button, different options will appear.
